Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Clients may cancel their booking and receive a full refund if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend the appointment, will not be eligible for a refund.

• All cancellations must be made in writing, via email or the booking system, to be valid.

• Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
