Booking & Payments

Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.

Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice; late rescheduling is treated as a cancellation.
